Through the years since the incorporation we have built up a solid team of seafarers of more than three hundreds with above 40% of officers, who with high educational background have obtained rich experience of ocean-going service. Well-organized, understanding to strictly observe the regulations, the team has proved to be capable of fulfilling their tasks in a way safe, accountable and punctual.
Apart from this team, we have also been recruiting a good quantity of seafarers of all levels to cater the need of vessels. Through interview and appropriate training in accordance with the procedures, they will be dispatched to serve onboard.
We highlight and encourage self-learning and improvement of the seafarers and arrange regularly necessary trainings in the respects of technical expertise, maritime regulations, and so on. We expect to see the growing up of every crew members together with the company, and their continual contribution to the building of a brand of CHINESE SEAFARERS.
